The petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No.

418/2018/392/2018 arising out of Salaiya P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B),201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the deceased. In the written report it is alleged that daughter of the informant has been burnt to death in her sasural by the petitioner and other family members and her dead body had been disposed of in the night. Case diary has been received.

Learned APP submits that witnesses have stated before the police that the victim was medically treated. She died during treatment and her dead body has been disposed of in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2856 of 2019(3) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 night.

The deceased died unnatural death and her dead body was disposed of without informing the informant in suspicious condition.

The petitioner is husband of deceased. Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and make effort to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
