Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, some unknown persons had committed the murder of the deceased and the only allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others had entered into the conspiracy of committing the murder of the deceased. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
