Petitioner is accused in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 199 of 2013 registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C. and section 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is that marriage of daughter of the informant, Dezy Devi, was performed with this petitioner on 04.06.2008. Thereafter, she was being tortured by her in-laws' family members and on 30.08.2013, the informant got information that her daughter was killed by in-laws and her dead body was disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased. In fact, deceased died in natural death due to sudden illness and her dead body was cremated in presence of the husband and son of the

No.23000 of 2015 (3) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 informant on 30.08.2013 but due to ulterior motive the informant, mother of the deceased, gave written report to the Police Station after five days of the occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2014.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S.
