Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, petitioner was arrested and the stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 24.01.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of R.J.M, Baruni, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai, Barauni P.S.Case No. 56 of 2015.
