JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but it would appear from the first information report that the entire allegations of cheating centre around against the co-accused Pradeep Kumar Singh. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 24 of 2016.
