JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2019 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- (I) For commanding and directing the Respondents for payment of Group Insurance with 12 1⁄2 % compound interest and D.D.A. amount with effect from 01.01.1990 to Oct. 1992 with 9% interest on D.A. amount.

(II) For commanding and directing the Respondents for payment of promotional benefit from 27.07.1998 to 31.12.2015 which has not been fixed for his Senior Lecturer Scale and has not been paid differences of arrears of scale with effect from 27.07.1998 to 31.12.2015.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23735 of 2018(3) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 (III) For commanding and directing the Respondents for pay fixation of pension according to Senior Lecturer Scale with effect from 27.07.1998 and pay differences of arrears of salary. (IV) And/or any other appropriate relief(s) to the petitioner for which he may be found entitled in the eye of law.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.5 and the respondent no.5 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no.5 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.5 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
