JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-07-2024 This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 14.08.2023 passed in Sessions Trial No. 335 of 2023 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 676 of 2014 passed by the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur by which the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled and Non-Bailable Warrant was issued.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to cooperate in the case.

3. In the interest of justice, this application is allowed and the order dated 14.08.2023 passed in Sessions Trial No. 335 of 2023 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 676 of 2014 passed by the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5927 of 2024(2) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 Muzaffarpur is hereby quashed.

4. It is directed that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court personally or through his lawyer and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled by the Court below.
