The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner was apprehended with Apache motorcycle and he failed to produce the documents related to the alleged motorcycle, hence, it was suspected that the same is stolen one.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner carrying the alleged motorcycle from his relative. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Moreover, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24228 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Nawadah Town P.S. Case No.106 of 2015.
