The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 179 of 2020 dated 02.07.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 461, 379, 411 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been identified as the person who fled away after making attempts at purloining the articles kept in the road-side hotel of the informant.

The petitioner has criminal antecedents.

Considering the nature of accusation and his background, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
