Petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014 (Sessions Trial No. 265 of 2015) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307/34, 323, 324, 341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the trial is on the verge of conclusion as after closure of evidence the argument is going on.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.04.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18905 of 2016 (08) dt.28-03-2018 In view of the advance stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
