2. The petitioner by way of this writ petition prays for quashing of the Guest Teacher Merit List of Zoology, dated 13.10.2018. The petitioner admittedly submitted his Form which was not accepted. Since the petitioner has not participated in the selection process. No case for interference with the merit list can be said to be made out, which has already become operative since 2018.
