JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Supaul P. S. Case No. 74 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There are general and omnibus allegation of assault and trying to outrage the modesty against all the petitioners. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the police after investigation submitted the charge sheet against the petitioner no.1 under Sections 323, 325, 34, 447 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2904 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 341 of IPC but the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against all the sections mentioned in the F.I.R. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Class, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P. S. Case No. 74 of 2019.
