The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-b) A, 26 of the Arms Act and under section 10/13 of UAP Act. The police arrested one Jhakshu Yadav and from his possession different arms and ammunitions were recorded. Jhakshu Yadav disclosed the name of petitioner, Kajru Manjhi, and Sanjay Sharma but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Jhakshu Yadav and Sanjay Sharma have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
