JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.10.2013 on the accusation that 20 grams smack was recovered from his conscious possession.

The Trial court has reported that charge has been framed against the petitioner on 13.10.2014 but up till now only one prosecution witnesses has been examined out of eight witnesses.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that except the present case no any other case had been registered against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above

No.22813 of 2015 (3) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Session Judge VII cum Special Judge NDPS, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 74 of 2013 arising out of Pirbahore P.S.Case No. 468 of 2013.
