The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 501 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 489, 387 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case intr alia as based on written statement of informant Jahur Miyan stating therein that a house situated at a land was in his peaceful possession and he was paying revenue rent too. He alleged that, Saratal Dewan was

A case was registered under Section 144 wherein it was ordered to go for civil case. After that, Title Suit No.86 of 2019 was filed, in which both the parties appeared. Even after that accused Saratal Dewan with the help of co-accused Savitri Devi, Ali Miyan and Sagar Miyan and Mantu Miyan started giving threatening to register the part of land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact, maternal house of the petitioner is situated at the village of the informant and the co-accused and she executed a sale deed of one katha ten dhur land of her maternal property in favour of co-accused Saratal Dewan on 16.03.2007 for that informant was annoyed with her and due to that annoyance, he implicated her this false case. H further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and petitioner has no any criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
