JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he along with two others was caught by the police with stolen motorcycle for which a criminal case was registered in Haspura Police Station.

Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-2 to this petition and submits that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of the co-accused Ravi Kumar Gupta, which is evident from seizure list, prepared in the case, registered in Haspura police station.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
