The petitioner is accused in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Anuj Kumar, who was apprehended by the Police with the stolen motorcycle of the present case, except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case.
