The petitioner seeks bail in Dinara P.S. case no. 350 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner indicating the criminal antecedent of petitioner which may be kept on record.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report.

In the written report, it is alleged that father of informant had gone to sleep in Bathan after taking dinner and in the morning he was not found. On search, the dead body of the

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that during investigation name of this petitioner has come merely on the basis of call detail and also the fact that deceased had illicit relationship with widow of late Jay Ram Chaudhary. The police arrested this petitioner and recorded his confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 26.9.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st Class, Bikramganj at Rohtas, in connection with Dinara P.S. case no. 350 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
