By order dated 07.03.2022, the petitioner was granted bail, but in the order inadvertently, it was recorded "that the allegation is of recovery of 96 litres of liquor from the luggage of the petitioner by SSB personnel at Indo-Nepal border", when it ought to have been recorded as "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of 396 litres of liquor from the luggage of the petitioner by SSB personnel at Indo-Nepal border".

The order dated 07.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.4894 of 2022 is modified to read as "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of 396 litres of liquor
