JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only one defect has remained to be removed i.e. to file certified copy of the order of the Collector.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, instead of seeking time to remove the defect, prays for withdrawal of the writ application with a liberty to pursue alternative remedy, for which, he submits that the petitioner has remedy available before the Commissioner.

Learned counsel for the State is present and has no objection to the prayer of the petitioner.

In the circumstances the writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
