The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 386, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assaulting and demanding ransom from the informant by the accused persons including the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the nature of injures is not mentioned and the demand was not executed by the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Patna in connection with S.K.Puri P.S.
