Permission is granted.

As a result of this, the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, Bettiah at West Champaran shall proceed to enforce the impugned order dated 13.02.2017 passed in maintenance case No. 186M of 2007 as expeditiously as possible and make available the amount to the daughter of the
