The informant Manju Devi got her youngest daughter Rubi Devi married with Bhikhari Ram son of the petitioner Ram Sajjan Ram. She had no male issue, on account thereof, her sonin-law Bhikhari Ram was insisting upon to execute sale deed in his favour. On being denied, he became furious and began to torture Rubi Devi and on different occasion also assaulted as a result of which, Rubi Devi came to her Maike. However, on persuasion of Bhikhari Ram, she allowed her daughter to go and then on 01.04.2014 one of the girl of Pattidars of her daughter telephonically informed that on account of quarrel having amongst
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23424 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 Bhikhari Ram with Rabi Devi(his wife) he assaulted and committed murder of her daughter. In the later part of fardbeyan she had shown suspicion against the petitioner the father-in-law alongwith others also.
There happens to be specific disclosure by the informant against son-in-law who had indulged in such kind of criminal activities, hence the petitioner Ram Sajjan Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014.
