2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 272 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 366A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and the victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that she has eloped with the petitioner on her own.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-14, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S.
