Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but according to the statement of informant, it was co-accused Mohan Yadav, who opened fire on him and so far as petitioners are concerned, it is only stated that they had surrounded the informant at the time of alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as allegations attributed to the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23331 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No. 102 of 2015.
