In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 510 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 364(A)/ 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that under the conspiracy the victim-Sidhant Rai was kidnapped with the assistance of one Rohit, but later on, on the pressure of the Police, the victim was released. The statement of the victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.PC there the victim has given the names of Rohit, Tarique Alam and Rajiv. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
