The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case she is granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a composite representation before the respondent no.3 regarding her grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter, considering the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7803 of 2017 (2) dt.16-04-2018 2/2 Secretary, State of Karnataka & Ors. vs. Uma Devi & Ors., reported in (2006) 4 SCC 1, the judgment of this Court dated 27.8.2014 passed in CWJC No. 5159 of 2013 ( Bimli Devi vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and the judgment of this Court dated 11.5.2015 passed in CWJC No. 3982 of 2015 (Anju Kumari vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
