The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tekari (Mou O.P) P.S. Case No. 418 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of suspicion which is evident from the F.I.R. itself. Moreover, no cogent material has come during course of investigation against the petitioner. The petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
