JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-387, 307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and his associates are said to have made indiscriminate firing as a result whereof, one Md. Fazal sustained grievous injury on his abdomen and other parts of the body. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent and therefore, considering the nature of allegation as well as previous conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 942 of 2015 pending

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14638 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa stands rejected.
