Petitioner prays for release of family pension which has been stopped from March, 2018. The husband of the petitioner worked as a Class-IV employee in the Nagar Parishad, Chapra, who died on 08.09.2011. The petitioner was paid family pension after the death of her husband which has suddenly been stopped w.e.f March, 2018. She claims payment of regular family pension and arrears since March, 2018. Considering the claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 2, The Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Chapra, which would be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1090 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 filing of such representation. Any amount along with arrears due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by speaking order through registered post.
