Petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.O. Case No.910 of 2018 / Jalley P.S. Case No.151 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a),37(a), 37(b), 37(c), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. The name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Santosh Kumar Yadav. Petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No.910 of 2018 / Jalley P.S. Case No.151 of 2018.
