Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 420 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner and one Pintu Kumar Produced fake identity cards when their vehicles were checked at a check post and for the aforesaid Act, petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 9.2.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.28 of 2016. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.H./- U T
