The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nowkothi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 13955 of 2021 on 21.06.2021.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15653 of 2021(2) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai or his successor in connection with Nowkothi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
