2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kalibagh P.S. Case No. 137/2024, registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 308(2), 351(3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted informant with butt of pistol. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
