The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
One stolen motor cycle is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 04.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than ten months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalganj P.S.
