Learned counsel submits that transfer order is violative of Bihar CCA rules. However, he submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the writ petition of the petitioner is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation address to respondent no.2, namely, the Chief Engineer, Department of Irrigation and Water Resources, Government of Bihar, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation alongwith a copy of this order. On filing of such representation,

Patna High Court CWJC No.23866 of 2018(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 the respondent no.2 shall pass reason speaking order within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
