JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that except confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, he was arrested in Bahera P.S.Case no.563 of 2015 and, after that, he was remanded in several cases which had been lodged against unknown persons. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
