Petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Town P.S. Case No.560 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 504/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
In the written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of giving stab blow to Md. Ayan, brother of the informant.
Counsel for the petitioner has mentioned in para 8 of the bail petition that doctor has found total eight injuries on his person. The doctor has found Injury No.1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to be simple in nature may be caused due to sharp object and Injury
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2892 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 No.6, 7 and 8 to be simple in nature may be caused due to hard and blunt object.
The Sessions Judge has also mentioned in the impugned order about the injuries which finds mentioned in para 29 of the case diary.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.560 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
