The petitioner is in custody in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 394 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that during course of checking of vehicle, the petitioner was apprehended on the suspicion that he was involved in theft of motorcycle, as the petitioner failed to produce the document showing the ownership of the motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.11.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to
