Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 22.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72724 of 2018, whereby petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the petitioners could not surrender within time as they were living at Gujarat and the bail order was not communicated by their lawyer within time.

In view of the reasons assigned, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31378 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 petitioner to surrender in the court below.
