In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No.713 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 369, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 has purchased 1.1/2 Katha of land of Khesra No.361 from Md. Yusuf Shah, whereas, the petitioner no.2 has purchased 1 Katha of land of Khesra No.361 from Md. Yusuf. So, they have purchaser of the land in question. He further

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 713 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
