JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 27.3.2019, the services of the petitioner has not been terminated and she is still working, however, as far as the outstanding arrears of salary is concerned, the same would definitely be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

Considering the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, I deem it fit and proper to direct

Patna High Court MJC No.96 of 2022(6) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna, to ensure payment of outstanding salary to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.

As far as the rest of the grievances are concerned, the petitioner seeks liberty to agitate the same in the pending writ petition i.e. CWJC No. 5735 of 2019.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
