JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kuchchila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner including other accused persons is that they set the hut of the informant on fire due to which a large number of cows and buffaloes got burnt and died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.11.2019. He further submits that both the parties are close neighbours.

Considering the fact that petitioner and the informant are close neighbours and the petitioner has got no criminal

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kuchhila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018. One of the bailors should be local person.
