Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 08-042015 on the accusation that he made an attempt to enter into the house of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
