The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following relief has been sought for in paragraph 1 of the present application:

"1. That the present writ application is being directed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ/writs commanding the respondents concerned particularly Respondents No. 2 and 3 to provide the petitioner with the benefit of the revised pension by giving benefit of notional pay fixation with protection of seniority as also for

Patna High Court CWJC No.3043 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 payment of the amount accrued to the petitioner by virtue of her entitlement in respect of different heads after superannuation from service."

Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 for redressal of her grievance.

In case, any such representation is filed, the respondent no. 2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing/making of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
