2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 454 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 140(1), 140(3), 85, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3⁄4 of the DP Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, The petitioner is accused of participating in the murder of the deceased.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the materials available on record, it appears that the petitioner is accused of participating in the disposal of the dead body of the deceased.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 454 of 2024.
