Petitioner is accused in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2014 registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the informant has claimed to identify the two miscreants seeing them again. In course of investigation, witnesses in paragraph nos. 17 to 20 have stated about seeing the petitioner on the motorcycle just before the occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2015 and till today, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23241 of 2015 (3) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S.
