It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that his application for grant of licence for N.P. bore revolver/pistol is pending since 11.07.2011.
Accordingly, the respondent no.2, the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah is directed to take a final decision in the matter of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This disposes of the writ petition.
