The petitioner seeks bail in Meenapur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of the co-accused. Petitioner is not put on Test Identification Parade. All other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail by different benches of this Court. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ IV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2013.
