2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Dhanjiv Singh is said to be the assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are females and there is general and omnibus allegation against them and the petitioners are in custody since 21.11.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023.
